Celebration of International Day of Yoga 2022

Join TAPAS & KamaleshGinger Hooven to celebrate International Day of Yoga. We will begin the class with an all levels asana practice, focusing on grounding (apana vayu) and stabilizing the body. With the body prepared, we will move into a gentle pranayama practice to stabilize the mind. We will finish the practice with a short meditation followed by a 15 minutes Q&A session.

Director of the Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy program.
Kamalesh has a Master's degree in Ayurveda.
Certified Yoga Therapist.
